The condominium facing direction is NE1 (22. to 37.5 degrees). Its year of completion is 2021, making it fall under Period 8.
The sector of the main door is located in the West sector. Hence, the Water Star of the main door of the condominium unit is Water Star 9 – Right Assistant (右弼), the most timely and prosperous star of Period 9.
